Complaints and feedback

Assessment, Academic Appeals, Misconduct and Misconduct Appeals

TAFE Queensland students may address concerns with their study. Below are the details of the policies and process for each area:

General Complaint or Feedback

If you are dissatisfied with a service, product, or decision made by TAFE Queensland Gold Coast, or would just like to provide some feedback, you can do so informally by talking it over with a member of staff. TAFE Queensland Gold Coast will attempt to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 Otherwise, there are a number of ways you can make a more formal complaint or provide feedback:

    • In writing through written correspondence addressed to the Customer Service Manager,

    • Via telephone on (07) 5581 8300; and
    • In person at any of our Customer Service Counters

TAFE Queensland Gold Coast asks that you be respectful when providing complaints/feedback, as it will be to you. If you behave in a rude or threatening way your behaviour may be addressed under an appropriate TAFE Queensland disciplinary process.
