Eating is an investment on health. Come and learn the art of preparing healthy, clean, natural, light tasting food at an economical cost with teacher Max Chong.
This is a workshop where you will learn to prepare and cook a variety of healthy food; demonstrations will be given by the teacher throughout this course.
Information about a holistic approach to food, hydration with homemade alkaline water, following the nature rhythm of drinking, learn the difference between live and dead food, food hygiene and food safety. Also, the teacher will go through using food as medicine for healing, prevention and cure.
This short course is non-accredited therefore is not registered with the National Training Register. Course details
