In this course you will learn how to harness the flavour of natural ingredients and nutrients required to nourish your body.
The menu will be planned according to what is fresh in the market the day before or in the morning of the course so you will be using seasonal ingredients which will make it economical for everyone.
You will also learn about taste note profiling to create dishes you prefer and about consuming food as medicine for prevention.
