Learn the art of modelling a specimen sugar flower and making a life-size edible sugar romantic rose.
This class is personally tailored to the individual in a group environment optimizing knowledge and skills and promoting the ability to reproduce nature’s perfection.
The class includes techniques such as use of transparent flower paste, wiring petals and foliage, creating movement in petals, use of cutters, colours, wiring and veining.
At the end of the class students leave with the knowledge and abilities that surpass all expectation.
