Our world is a better place thanks to Anne-Marie Chemello and others like her. The mother of two is a distinguished Helper; she cares for the sick, unwell, the elderly and well just about everyone's wellbeing.
Her inner helpfulness has led her to study the Diploma of Nursing at TAFE Queensland Gold Coast in aspiration of becoming the modern day Florence Nightingale or perhaps just like her own mother who was once also a Nurse; it seems helpfulness may just be grained in her DNA.
While working in an Aged Care facility she enrolled into TAFE Queensland Gold Coasts Diploma of Nursing after receiving recommendations from Nurses that it was the best course available with plenty of practical involvement, hands on experience and real-world equipment.
Anne-Marie gets her inspiration and motivation from her TAFE Queensland Gold Coast teachers and trainers; she loves their unique teaching style which brings light to dull subjects and she enjoys hearing about their own career journeys and old nursing tales, which she says will always leave a mark in her memory.
Once she has completed her studies not only will she have accomplished a massive achievement but she will have so many career opportunities and further study options in front of her, whether she continues onto university or gets a job in a hospital or even a Doctors surgery.
Wherever her career path takes her, Anne-Marie's helpfulness will always shine its brightest light and her helpful legacy may even continue with her daughter proclaiming 'when I grow up, I want to be a nurse like mum'.
